Our Policies
1. Refund Policy
All sales are final once payment is processed. Due to the nature of laboratory services, no refunds will be issued after a sample has been collected, shipped, or processed. If a client cancels an appointment before the scheduled date and no sample has been collected, a refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. Home or lab kits that have been shipped are non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Inconclusive Test Results
In rare cases, test results may be inconclusive due to insufficient or contaminated samples, biological factors, or laboratory limitations. Inconclusive results do not constitute grounds for a refund. A retest will only be offered if it is determined that an error occurred during our collection process. If the inconclusive result is dueto any other factor, clients may purchase a new test at a reduced rate. Arkansas DNA & Drug Testing is not responsible for delays caused by inconclusive results.
3. Mileage Policy
For mobile services, mileage is included for locations within a 35-mile radius of our office at 400 West Capitol Avenue, Suite 1700, Little Rock, Arkansas. Travel beyond 35 miles will incur a mileage fee of $0.67 per mile, round trip, calculated from our office to the service location. Additional travel fees must be paid in full prior to the appointment.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any payments made. A new appointment can be scheduled at the full service rate. For mobile services, travel fees are non-refundable once a collector is en route.
5. Scheduling Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our office by calling (501)-651-0333 or booking online at www.arkansasdnadrugtestingllc.com. Same-day and urgent appointments are available based on collector availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all testing services. Testing parties must arrive on time; late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling at the discretion of our staff. For legal DNA testing, all parties must be present at the scheduled time unless prior arrangements have been made. Only the testing parties and legal guardians (if applicable) may enter the testing site.
