Terms and Conditions

By scheduling an appointment, using our services, or visiting our office, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions established by Arkansas DNA & Drug Testing, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). Please read them carefully before proceeding with any testing or related services.

1. Services Provided

We provide DNA testing, drug testing, fingerprinting, notary services, and related collection services. All testing is performed in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws and regulations. We partner with accredited laboratories for analysis, and results are reported as provided by those laboratories.

2. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is required in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice.

  • We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or in-office.

  • Once a sample has been collected or a kit has been shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final once payment is processed. Due to the nature of laboratory services, no refunds will be issued after a sample has been collected, shipped, or processed. Cancellations made prior to collection may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.

4. Inconclusive Results

In rare cases, test results may be inconclusive due to insufficient or contaminated samples, biological factors, or laboratory limitations. Inconclusive results do not constitute grounds for a refund. A retest will only be offered if an error occurred during our collection process.

5. Confidentiality

We respect and protect your privacy. All client information and results are confidential and will only be released to authorized parties identified on your consent form, except when disclosure is required by law or court order.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance by calling (501)-651-0333 or booking online at www.arkansasdnadrugtestingllc.com.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to appear will result in forfeiture of payment.

7. Mobile Service Policy

For mobile collections, mileage fees apply for locations beyond a 35-mile radius of our Little Rock office. Mileage is calculated round-trip at the rate posted on our website. Travel fees are non-refundable once a collector is en route.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays in results due to laboratory processes, shipping issues, or uncontrollable circumstances.

  • Actions taken by third parties, including laboratories or shipping carriers.

  • Legal decisions made based on testing results.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide valid government-issued identification.

  • Arrive on time for appointments.

  • Follow all instructions for specimen collection to avoid contamination or delays.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website.
